Ordering Information
There are several ways to place your order with Montgomery Wallcoverings. You many either phone us with your order, fax us your order, mail your order, or use our secure website. Below you will find more detailed information regarding the various ordering processes.
- Order By Phone: Call us between the hours of 8AM - 9PM (EST), Monday - Friday at 1-866-925-5101. We would be glad to take your order or answer any questions you may have.
- Order By Fax: You may fax your order to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to 1-866-925-5101. Be sure to complete the Printable_order_form.pdf including your credit card number as well as a telephone number where you can be reached in the event that one of our representatives must contact you. Faxed orders will be acknowledged ONLY upon your request. We are not responsible for orders duplicated as a result of multiple fax transmissions.
- Order By Mail: Simply complete the Printable_order_form.pdf and mail to: Montgomery Wallcoverings, PO Box 15426, Alexandria, VA 22309.
- Order By Internet: Ordering through the Internet is a step-by-step process. Below is an overview of those steps to a successful order.
- While shopping on our secure website, any time you see the order button (
), you may click that to add products to your shopping cart.
- Once you are done shopping at Montgomery Wallcoverings, you will be ready to checkout. In order to checkout, you will select the checkout button from your shopping cart.
- Once you have selected the checkout button, you will be asked to either register or sign in. In order to purchase products on our website, registration is required. The benefit of registering is that the next time you shop our secure website, your personal information will be stored for quicker purchasing. You will also be able to see your past orders as well. If you have already registered with Montgomery Wallcoverings, you can simply login. If you have forgotten your password, you will have the option to fill out a small form to retrieve your password.
- Once you have logged in, you will select the address(es) where your products will be delivered.
- Once your addresses have been selected, you will be shown an invoice where you can confirm that your order is correct. If your order is not correct, you may certainly return to the shopping cart to make changes. At this stage, you may also go back and add more items to your shopping cart.
- If your invoice is correct, you will then provide your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Once you have provided your credit card information, you can select the "Process My Order" button and you will receive a confirmation screen. At this point, you can leave the website or make another purchase. Your credit card information is now en route to the bank and is not retained on our servers.

Return Policy
Defective Products
We will replace the defective product at no charge. Contact our customer service department at 866/925-5101 to arrange the pickup and reorder of the defective merchandise.
Product Returns
We accept returns with authorization, within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original condition. You will be issued a credit upon authorization and receipt of the product(s). There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Contact our customer service department at 866/925-5101 for assistance with returns.
Warranty/Disclaimer
Carefully examine your order for color, design, quantity or imperfections before cutting. Claims against wallcoverings will not be accepted after cutting and hanging. Montgomery Wallcoverings will replace defective merchandise with new wallcoverings of equal value through Montgomery Wallcoverings retailer but will not be responsible for labor costs. Color changes (hot spots) or discoloration due to unneutralized plaster, additional paste, improper wall preparation, and papering over old wallcovering are not included in this warranty.
